BONITO KITCHEN

Our vision has always been to craft stunning spaces paired with exceptional food and drinks.

We’re a casual and cozy restaurants serving up Asian small plates and creative cocktails —from fun improvisations on that theme to faithful renditions of classic dishes that we love. We love the name “bonito” because it’s both the Spanish word for “beautiful” and the name of one of the most important fish in Japanese cuisine. Thus, it’s the perfect name for a restaurant that seeks to explore the shared traits in the cuisines of Vallarta and Asia, delving into our mutual love for funk, citrusy brightness, and carefully calibrated spice.
